Therapy for Marginalized Folx

WHAT WE DO

Feminist, Anti-Racist, Anti-Oppression Counseling

You just want to be seen – AND loved – for who you really are, not the mask you wear every day. You feel exhausted or lonely or like a fraud. But, somewhere inside, you know it doesn't have to be this way. You're looking for someone you can trust enough to drop the pretense and learn how to live with courage and connection.

WHO WE ARE

We are a diverse collective of professionals focused on helping diverse individuals.

At Liberation Counseling, we believe in Intersectionality. When you see a Liberation Counseling therapist or coach, you never have to “leave part of yourself at the door.” To us, diversity and inclusion aren’t just buzz words or lip service - they’re the foundations of the work we do. Whether you’re struggling with questioning your identity, the effects of systemic racism, or the impacts of poverty, we have a therapist who can help. In addition to our anti-oppression and social justice focus, each of our teammates have years of experience with their specialties.

Someone for Everyone

    Diana Beltran (she/her), LPC

I am a bilingual, bicultural, Christian therapist who specializes in working with clients who have chronic health conditions.

I'd like you to know that it is NOT just you and that you don't have to do it alone. We all have an innate ability to heal. The work that I do as both partner and guide will invite you to reconnect to your inner wisdom and create the life that you are longing for. While I cannot say that this work won't be challenging, I have found it to be incredibly liberating and life-giving.

When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid.
