How can therapy help me as a Black man or woman?

The world today can feel overwhelming and exhausting. Everywhere you look you see folx you love fighting against the forces of white supremacy culture. And it feels like it just keeps getting worse. Therapy can’t promise to fix racism. What we can do is provide a safe place where your experiences are heard and understood. We can help you cope with the effects of daily microaggressions, trauma, and stress that come from living in this time and place.
